Among other things, it includes technical support, maintenance and repairs. This allows you to focus on finding inspiration and creating better and better content without worry. It’s also possible to extend the protection to up to 4 years – just purchase an additional 2-year plan. What’s more, the official manufacturer’s warranty applies during the service period.

Unlimited repairs

DJI Care Pro provides 2-year protection for your equipment and offers unlimited repairs up to €6,999 (prices in PLN depend on the exchange rate of the day). Among other things, the service covers water damage and falls. So you can create more content with peace of mind – if an accident happens, your equipment will be in good hands thanks to DJI Care Pro.

Factory maintenance

The service also includes one factory maintenance per year, which will check your device’s parts, perform hardware updates, and replace delicate components. You’ll also receive an official maintenance report. So you can be sure that your equipment is in good condition and will serve you well for a long time.

Free delivery

DJI Care Pro lets you enjoy free delivery – DJI will cover the cost of shipping your equipment to the service center and back.

Important information

It is possible to link a previously purchased DJI product to the DJI Care Pro service if one of the following conditions is met:

• The product is new and has not yet been activated.
• The product has been activated within the last 48 hours.
• The product is a handheld device that has been activated within the last 30 days.
• To ensure normal use of DJI Care Pro, the service and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region.
